Eurasia Group, an independent research and consulting firm specializing in global political risk analysis, is seeking a junior-level business development professional for our global energy and natural resources corporate client portfolio. This position is located in the firm’s Washington, DC office.

In this position, you will be responsible for providing client management support to our existing global energy corporate clients. You will have the ability to learn how to manage existing relationships with a variety of top-tier clients and the ability to market macro and emerging markets products with a focus on global energy and natural resources themes. You will have the ability to learn how to close sales and develop relationships. You will work well both independently and as part of a team. You will regularly coordinate with all members of the Global Energy and Natural Resources team, members of the Business Development team, the Directors of Research and cadre of analysts to continually build out the firm’s presence. You will have excellent analytical and presentation (oral and written) skills.

You will have at a minimum an undergraduate degree and one to two years relevant work experience. This is an excellent position for a recent graduate who is looking for a career at a rapidly growing firm. Applicants are required to have a demonstrable interest in Eurasia Group’s core political risk assessment competency. Over time, applicants should anticipate traveling is required for this position.
