Thomaz A. M. Napoleão is a diplomat at the Permanent Mission of Brazil to the United Nations, and a member of the Brazilian Delegation to the UN Security Council (since 2014). Formerly Deputy Head of the Embassy of Brazil in Pakistan (2011-2014), Third Secretary at the Diplomatic Planning Unit of the Cabinet of Foreign Minister Amorim (2010), International Advisor at the Brazilian Ministry of Education (2008-2009) and Project Manager at the United Nations Association of Brazil (2006).
Vincente A. Bezerra is a career diplomat currently assigned to the Permanent Mission of Brazil to the United Nations. Having joined the Brazilian Foreign Service in 2007, he held positions in the Presidency of the Republic of Brazil, from 2009 to 2012, and in the Division of Mexico and Central America, from 2008 to 2009.
