Human Domain Solutions is seeking a Technical Intelligence Subject Matter Expert (Contractor) at the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) Center for Multi-INT Studies (CMIS) in Monterey, California. Estimated period of service: February through July 2016 (potential for conversion to permanent position.
Technical writing and editing; technical support (e.g. non-administrative support) for meetings, discussions, and lecturers; drafting recommendations for improvement of the CMIS digital knowledge repository/digital library development efforts; participation in and technical support (e.g. non-administrative support) for Multi-INT technical exchange meetings, staff meetings, and meetings with research affiliates; and review of research proposals related to Multi-INT research topic areas.
5 years’ experience working in or providing support to the U.S. Intelligence Community and familiarity with the general overarching organization of that community. Contractor must have 2-4 years of academic writing experience in a hard science or engineering based discipline. Must provide at least one (1) technical writing sample, for example a peer-reviewed academic journal publication.
Required Education: Minimum of a Master’s Degree in a technical field related to the discipline of Multi-INT, including but not limited to data science, multi-sensor data fusion, electrical engineering, computer science, operations research, mathematics, human-machine symbiosis, and cognitive computing.
